In Ukraine, the price of the most expensive apple has fallen: how much does a kilogram cost?
Blueberry prices fall rapidly in Ukraine. Since the end of the last working week, the most expensive apple has become cheaper in Ukrainian households by an average of 25%.
What are the prices for the blueberry?
According to the daily price monitoring, now the main sales of garden blueberries are at 220-380 UAH/kg, while last week they refused to ship berries cheaper than 300 UAH/kg.

As the experts explain, the drop in prices is caused by the increase in the offer of berries on the market, as the farmers started the mass harvest.

In addition, there are a large number of relatively cheap seasonal fruits and berries on the market.

However, even after the discount, blueberries in Ukraine are on average 2.6 times more expensive than in the similar period of 2024. Analysts associate this with a decrease in the yield of blueberry in the households of our country, caused by anomalous weather conditions during the ripening period.
In 2025, the weather conditions were even less favorable, so the price of blueberries at the start of the season is already rising for the third year.

Reminder, in Ukraine, prices for cherries are also falling. Because of adverse weather conditions and a significant percentage of substandard production, manufacturers are forced to quickly lower wholesale prices.
